Risk and Title
Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery to the delivery address or collection point. Ownership remains with the Company until full payment is received.
Incorrect Address
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party carriers.
Claims relating to shipping may require investigation before any remedy is considered.
Refused Deliveries
If a parcel is refused or unclaimed:

- Customs charges;
- Administrative fees
