Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit only. No cash refunds will be provided for change-of-mind returns.

Manufacturing Defects & Faulty Items
If your item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect
Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
If required, we will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or defective items.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

- Items not in original condition
- Items returned after 7 days (for change of mind)
