Our refurbishment process:
- ✅ Fitted with a replacement wand, floor head, filter, and attachments
- ✅ Professionally disassembled, deep cleaned, and reassembled by our technicians
- ✅ Battery tested and confirmed in good working condition with strong charge capacity
- ✅ Fully tested for suction power and battery performance before dispatch
Warranty: 3 months from date of purchase, covering the main motor, floor head motor, and battery against manufacturing or workmanship faults.
This warranty does not cover:
- Battery degradation caused by extended or frequent use on Max/Boost power mode, which draws significantly more power and accelerates battery wear
- General wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or misuse
- The wand, filter, or attachments
Colour: Photos show examples of refurbished units in stock. As colours vary by batch, the exact unit colour will be randomly allocated at dispatch. Functionality, refurbishment standard, and warranty are identical across all colours.
Note: This is a refurbished unit. Body/casing may show minor cosmetic wear from previous use, but all functional components have been renewed or professionally restored. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit only. No cash refunds will be provided for change-of-mind returns.

Manufacturing Defects & Faulty Items
If your item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect
Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
If required, we will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or defective items.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Used items
- Items not in original condition
- Items returned after 7 days (for change of mind)
