SMARTSWIPE index fingertips provide full access to touchscreen devices without removing the gloves and the textured nitrile palm provides best in class grip performance. The gloves are made of a nylon and lycra blend to provide all day comfort and wick away moisture and also feature high dexterity fingertips to maximize control when handling small objects.

Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit only. No cash refunds will be provided for change-of-mind returns.

Manufacturing Defects & Faulty Items
If your item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect
Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
If required, we will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or defective items.
